VisaNauta Technologies Inc. is a software technology company. We are not a law firm, immigration firm, or licensed immigration consultant. We do not provide immigration advice, legal advice, or immigration services of any kind. All immigration consulting services offered through the VisaNauta platform are provided independently by licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) who are members in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
VisaNauta is a practice management software platform designed to assist CICC-licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) in managing their professional practices. The platform provides tools for client relationship management, document organization, form preparation assistance, deadline tracking, billing, and compliance record-keeping.
VisaNauta does not employ immigration consultants, does not provide immigration advice, and is not affiliated with the Government of Canada, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), or the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
Nothing on the VisaNauta platform — including but not limited to software features, AI-generated assessments, pathway recommendations, form pre-fills, resource articles, blog posts, help documentation, and any automated outputs — constitutes immigration advice, legal advice, or a professional opinion on any immigration matter.
AI-generated pathway assessments and eligibility scores are informational tools only. They are not legal opinions and should not be relied upon as such. Only a licensed RCIC can provide advice on your specific immigration situation.
All immigration consultants using the VisaNauta platform are independent professionals. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of VisaNauta Technologies Inc. Each RCIC operates their own independent practice, sets their own fees, and is solely responsible for the immigration advice and services they provide to their clients.
Any service agreement, retainer agreement, or consulting arrangement is exclusively between the client and their chosen RCIC. VisaNauta is not a party to any such agreement.
VisaNauta requires all immigration consultants registered on the platform to hold a valid RCIC licence issued by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). VisaNauta makes reasonable efforts to verify CICC membership at the time of registration, but we do not guarantee the ongoing licensing status of any individual RCIC.
Clients are encouraged to verify their consultant's CICC registration independently at cicc-ccic.ca before engaging their services.
VisaNauta makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding immigration outcomes. Immigration decisions are made exclusively by the Government of Canada and its authorized departments. The use of VisaNauta software — regardless of how thoroughly it is used — does not increase, guarantee, or affect the likelihood of a successful immigration application.
VisaNauta Pay is an integrated payment processing feature powered by Stripe. It enables RCICs to collect professional fees from clients within the platform. VisaNauta Pay is a technology service only.
Platform infrastructure fees apply when using VisaNauta Pay (see current pricing at visanauta.com/pricing). These are flat technology fees, not commissions or percentage-based charges on professional fees. RCICs set their own professional fees and retain 100% of those fees.
Client card data is never stored on VisaNauta servers. All payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure.
VisaNauta Technologies Inc. collects and processes personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation. All client data is stored exclusively in Canadian cloud infrastructure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VisaNauta Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any immigration outcomes, decisions, refusals, delays, or losses arising from the use of the VisaNauta platform or any immigration services provided by RCICs through the platform.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the software subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
This disclaimer and all matters relating to the VisaNauta platform are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
