Yes. Spotlight tiers do not auto-renew. Your purchased duration runs to completion and stops. There are no recurring charges unless you manually purchase another Spotlight tier. Refunds are not available once the spotlight period has begun.

Yes. Spotlight is available only to RCIC accounts that have completed CICC verification on VisaNauta. Unverified profiles cannot purchase Spotlight tiers. This protects clients and maintains directory trust.
